I need some motivation please

I'm handing in my first draft of my dissertation next week, but I just can't stop procrastinating - help me!

Go, do it, now...I left mine till the last minute through nothing more than procrastination and ended up getting the worst mark I've ever had...I can't even bring myself to look at it now as I know it's so awful compared to what I could have done if I'd just done it when I should have.
