On the label it sys it's nutrionally superior to cows milk, but hvs say at 1 you can switch them to full fat cows milk. Am confused. What's best?

Cow's milk is fine. If they're eating a sensible balanced diet then they don't need the 'superior nutrition' of formula.

As long as your child has a healthy & varied diet, full fat cow's milk (whole milk) is fine. Formula companies just want to continue to make money off you after the 1 year mark.

Follow on milk was invented because they aren't allowed to advertise formula.

Buy whole cows milk.
