Need to find a blanket/ted that feels like cotton wool!

I know this ridiculous but my lg is 2 and has had an obsession with cotton wool since her little sis was born when she was 18 months old. She has to go to bed with a cotton wool pad and needs it during the day as a comforter (we get through a lot)! I really need to find a blanket that feels like cotton wool to replace the cotton wool. Anyone have any ideas as a replacement or has anyone seen any really fluffy blankets/toys I can get to replace her obsession?

I got my ds a David Fussenegger blanket. They're very soft and many have areas that feel fleecy (but are not polyester). You can get them in specialist baby shops (Igloo in London, e.g.) or on the internet, though I'd recommend viewing the one you want first; they're not all the same fabric mix and are not super-cheap. They tend to come in funky designs and colours. Can't say they'd be exactly like cotton wool, but then what is?
