18 week old DS really unsettled

DS is nearly 19 weeks and BF. he was up every other hour last night wanting a feed, although sometimes only for about 10 minutes, whereas normally he'll be up once around 3am. In fact this weekend he slept through both nights, which was nice. So up a lot last night, then today he's just so unsettled. He's squirming and whining constantly and just really grumpy. He slept on me after a feed until DH rang and he woke up. I fed him again about half an hour ago but he puked a load back up, which was lovely. He's my second DC but for some reason I just feel really unsure of what to do. Any ideas what could be causing it or how I can make him happy? I don't think it's teething, but then again DD never showed any 'signs' of teething, until her teeth appeared so what do I know? Am lost today.

Could it be the heat? My dd is a similar age, and has been unsettled and uncharacteristically grumpy too. I put it down to the weather. Sorry not to be more help!
