Quiche out of date on 14th...would you or wouldn't you?

If I cook it it'll be ok won't it? It doesn't smell, has been refrigerated etc :-/

I expect if you cook it it should be fine.

I wouldn't eat if not cooked because of the egg.

of course, just look at it and smell it. Dates are always on the conservative side.
