I dont know what to do next, please help!

Hi, dd is 19 months, seh ahs beens itting on the potty for a while now doing both wee and poos!! If im at home all day i let her run around nakie and sit her on the potty every so often. Iv been doing this for a while now and i dont knwo what to do next, shes just learnt to say wee wee but not sure she will actually tell me when she needs to go.

I cant wait to take her out without a nappy on but havnt a clue what to do next? Pls help, thanks x

I would continue doing what you are doing
we did this with ds1 - were relaxed about it then one day he trained himself with virtually no input from me

meant to add that she is still very young

agree with poppy, she is very young and for her to be going willingly on the potty is great. No point in pushing it further imo if she hasn't the language or communication to tell you she needs to go.

She will train herself if u carry on like you are, i wouldn't push her now. she will train whe n SHE is ready anyway

or even popsy not poppy!

Thankyou, im hoping that coming up to summer i can further it!! Shes learnt to say wee wee so i really wana make sure shes knows what that it means.

Hoepfully by summer i can take it a step further!! Aww its exciting!

Hi ya, Just found my original post!

Well, dd now nearly 20 months will not wear a nappy, shes determind not to wear one, so am thinking of taking this potty training thing more seriously now!! She knows when she wnats to wee and sits on ehr potty, although we had one accident this mronign as we coudlnlt make it in time!!

I guess i wana knwo any tips or advise about goping out and potty training as im fine at home but wouldnt hav a clue what to do when im out???? Shoudl i out pull ups on her??? or that taking a step back???

I have bought a portable potty, whats evryone views on sitting her on the portable potty when im out & about??
