Insect Bite Vs Chicken Pox.

Ok I posted 10 days ago re 3 little red dots on 16 months olds skin (1 on her face and two on her arms). They weren't raised, weren't itchy and did not cause her any discomfort whatsoever.
Yesterday, they raised with a slightly pus coloured centre. Still not itchy, still no illness, no temperature, no more spots.
This morning they had gone down again, just a small white centre with red surrounding them (looked like a whitehead that a teenager would get). I took her out to the park and noticed that ther had raised up again as if they were aggravated by the sun cream/ sunshine/ grass. Just bathed her and they've gone back down to the white centre again.

I'm so Confused .... They first appeared over a week ago: she's not ill, she's not got a temperature, she's not itched them or shown any interest in them whatsoever, even if I rub my finger over them.

This is what makes me think they're bites:
Appeared after spending a lot of time in the garden at nursery.
No illness
No temperature
Only 3 of them
Started as flat red dots with a tiny red pinprick in the centre.
Searched google images and look more like insect bites (ant/bed bug)

And this is what makes me think they're chicken pox
They are spots on child who comes into contact with lots of children
They have changed from flat to raised
Searched google (can only have a few spots rather than cover entire body)

If you're still reading, thanks in advance for your help.....

Should add that she does have eczema.

If she had CP 10 days ago they would be scabbed over & maybe even fading, not rising up again.
Sounds like mild allergy, ie insect bites, easily aggravated.
I am super-sensitive to most micro-beast contact (itch, itch).
DS takes after me; he stood on an ant nest about 10 days ago & STILL has marked scabs on his legs from the little bites.
(He had CP quite badly 3 yrs ago, so I know it's not that).

yeah that's what I was thinking, thanks. I wanted to take her to her play group tmw but worried someone will think it's pox. Think I'll probably keep her at home tmw just in case.
