Been offered Ba or BSc - which one?

Hello. I got my result today for my final module. Woohoo! I have done an Open degree with the OU and have to choose either a BSc Open or a Ba Open. I've just done it for personal development really, not sure if I'll go on and do a Masters, though if I did, it would almost certainly be in linguistics.

Which would you go for? I got a first, so something in me says that a First class Bsc would jump out on my CV more than a Ba, but I don't know where I got that from. Wink

Congratulations and well done.

I agree, don't know why, but BSc sounds cleverer.:o

Thanks. I think a BSc sounds more 'academic'. And I work in the Financial sector so it may be more valued than a BA.

Thanks for your opinions.
