Leaking problem - BumGenius V.2 HELP PLEASE!

Hello all, my 18 months old girl has been wearing BumGenius from birth to potty (V.2) since she was born with no problems. Recently they started leaking after about an hour, sometimes only half an hour of wearing them. I've to admit that I've used sudocream recently because she had nappy rash. I probably used too much as it left grey mark on nappies (outer) and made them leak. :(
(I use this cream before but little amount and the nappies were fine no leak)

So I need advice please:

  1. Is there anyway to make the nappies absorb like before? Or to get rid of the grey mark?
  2. What do you recommend to use at night? Some nights I have to change her 3-4 times and it's not fun at all.

Thank you. x

Have you tried strip washing the nappies? DS's easy fits started to leak so I strip washed them and they seem ok now. I googled and got several different variations of strip washing and chose the one that suited me best.
I have to confess we're using a disposable at night. I do have bamboozles and some superduper boosters but haven't actually tried them yet.

Thank you, ShoeJunkie! I've tried the strip washing and it's working good now. xxx
