New born- scratch on eye ball?

Ds is 8 days old and we've noticed what looks like an eyelash on his eyeball but it can't be an eyelash as it doesn't move..where do I go to get this looked at??

GP in first instance, I would suggest.

midwife or HV should be coming to you a lot still ask them or phone GP for an app
