A200 - History, 1400-1900 medieval-modern

and L192 beginners French both starting in September.

Am aiming to get a BA (Honours) in History, with 2 French Modules counting as my free choice credits

Are you waiting for results?

yes, dse 141 due 3 august, one of my free choices - hoping for a distinction also as my marks so far have all been in the 90s.

having said that my marks for my level 2 course are not as good - there is a big leap between the two both in terms of the amount of work, the amount of 'hand-holding' and the level of answer required. a good tutor makes all the difference especially at level 2 & 3 and so far mine have been pretty good.

cazboldy · 20/07/2012 20:08

well my result was supposed to be by the 3rd of August too, so maybe yours will be sooner.

Sounds like you have been working very hard.

I am a bit worried about the leap up from level 1 to 2..... the French is a bit of a re-cap and I am only doing the lower level so that i qualify to get an official certificate Smile Got an "A" in my GCSE, so hoping it will all come flooding back!

Are you doing yours for employment reasons? or just for fun?

OP posts:
gingergran · 20/07/2012 20:17

not for employment and though i thought i would do it for fun - sometimes it is just plain hard work. having said that, i don't regret it at all.

chipmunksex · 21/07/2012 21:56

Well done Grin

You just made me check to see if mine is back-but nothing yet. [frets]

SummerRain · 21/07/2012 22:00

Oh shit..... Are the results coming out already? >

I'm awaiting s396 and mu123 results

Sarahplane · 21/07/2012 22:05

Well done, that's fantastic. I'm waiting for results for dd208 at the moment. Supposed to be by 31st July but I keep checking obsessively even though I know it's far too early.

Good Luck to you all x
