Breathable baby pillow?

My LO is 6 months old and was using a small memory foam pillow to help with his flat head. He recently has moved into his cot bed where there is plenty of room to roll about so I no longer want him to use this pillow. It is not breathable and the manufacturer states not to use it with a baby that can roll over. Thing is he loves his pillow and I was wondering if anyone knew of a baby pillow that was breathable and therefore safe to use with a more mobile baby?

We bought them with the cot quilts but think you can buy them separate in the children's department x

Problem is that pillows aren't recommended for babies under 12 months old. Have a google at the NHS and FSID guidance. That's why you probably won't find any marketed at babies under one year who can roll.

I did consider putting it under the sheets but I thought if he rolled over and he was face down he still may struggle to breathe. Being memory foam it will mould around his face and, my particular concern, his nose and mouth.
