Early but UNIFORM info

Seen a few pat about uniform and had a question but thought a thread for all uniform questions might be good :)

I need name labels for dd1 new school uniform. They have to be printed and how the hell do you see them on!!

Also after a pair of plain blue shorts and plain blue joggers for girls.

Don't sew taggits

fabric labels folded in half and then put on pin, on goes the clip and then you break off the remainder of the pin ..

What colour blue are you looking for? Royal or navy?

Just to let you know you will sew labels lovingly on every item of yout PFB's uniform, but for secong and subsequent children, you will scribble the name on the label with a marker pen as they rush past you. Or you will leave in the name tags of the child who has passed the item down to yours-- my de's teacher was vey proud of her detective work when she handed me back a coat with the name of a girl who had left the school 6 years previously- ds was the 4th child to wear it!

I do write names on uniform now but her new prep school insists on sewn in labels as well as a lonnngg list of other odd rule

That's what you pay for!

Lol seeker, we only putting her there because of her SN and not coping in mainstream setting.
