Age relevant jobs for 9 year old

There is only me and him so the house etc is easy for me to keep on top of but i feel i should help him in the future by giving him a few easy jobs, what would you suggest? Also he doesn't get pocket money so should offer this as an incentive ( it wouldn't be much) ?

Bed making, washing/drying/putting away dishes, hoovering, dusting, cleaning car, cleaning the bath, tidying, stripping beds for washing.

I get my 9 year old to do jobs like wiping the doors with anti bac wipes, and the banisters. Places where I notice the crud but haven't got time to clean myself

Mine is 10 now, but doing same things as when she was 9....

Expected to put away all clean clothes back from the wash (and of course, put dirty ones in the basket)
Each day to either lay the table / unload the dishwasher / get everyone a drink to have with their meal (I have 3 dcs and they need a job each, to be seen to be "fair")
Keep her own room reasonably tidy not that she does, but I'm not doing it for her
Get her own things out/packed ready for the next day (PE kit or something else for school)
Make me a cuppa when I ask her
Clear away own stuff from meal times
Get own breakfast things out
Do other jobs when asked (eg get washing out the machine or in from the line or do a bit of dusting or polish the mirrors in the house, etc)

Make his bed, strip his bed, fresh linen on bed
Bring down his laundry when the baskets full, put his clean laundry away
Lay the table
Write your food shopping list while you dictate from the kitchen, put food awayafter a shop
Learn how to make toast for his breakfast (and yours on mothers day)
Vac up
Unload the dishwasher

obviously not allllll of these but some. I think all are doable by a nine year old.
