I tried the books when I was heavily pregnant with DD3 and the older two were asking questions. They loved and still love this book (There's a House Inside My Mummy) - www.amazon.co.uk/dp/1408315882/ref=asc_df_14083158828651991?smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&tag=hydra0b-21&linkCode=asn&creative=22206&creativeASIN=1408315882&hvpos=1o1&hvexid=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=14189918521965363537&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=
I hope the link works, my first ever attempt! My eldest DD who was 4yrs old and 5 very shortly after DD3 was born, was more interested in the facts than DD2 who was 3 at the time, so I was comletely honest and told her the kiddie version of the facts, leaving out the sex part. Just told her that daddy gives mummy a seed and it grows into a baby in her tummy. She asked how it got out and I was honest with that part too. Explained that baby either comes out through the tummy when a doctor cuts a hole for the baby (my sister and sister in law both had C-sections and she picked up on the tummy pain), and also that babys can come out of their mummys winkies. She did the 'ouch' face and asked if it hurt, and I said yes but only for a little while and then it's all better. She was more than happy with that explination.
I did buy 'Where Willie Went' but found that too much for their age group

Babies come from their mummy's tummy! That should stall her for a while...

I found 'Where Willy Went' and 'Mummy Laid an Egg' good. 'There's a House Inside my Mummy' is great for talking about pregnancy, but doesn't say anything about how the baby gets in there in the first place. DD1 (3) loves Mummy Laid an Egg.

'made with love' would be a perfect book for a three year old
