I always pull them out. No idea if thats right or wrong though .

If you tuck them in, the poo will be caught by something difficult to clean instead.

DH used to leave them in and it was onlky then that we'd have leakage.

Once the pooing up the back stage was over anyway, before that nothing will save you, apart from using cloth nappies!

Always out! What's the point of having frilly bits and tucking them away so no one can see them? Embrace the frills!

I had never thought about this until my MIL asked if they should be in or out. I was embarrassed to say I wasn't sure. Felt a bit daft.
