potty training help ..... please

Hi ds1 is 27 months old. He is showing some signs in wanting to use the potty, has done a couple of wee's 1st thing in the morning, but nothing else.

I did attempt Thus & Fri of last week with "big boy pants" on and occasional sitting on the potty, but little (and big!!!) accidents and none in the potty. It is hit and miss if he tells me he has gone and has denied it when buisy playing (with big wet pants on!!).

We have had a break this week end (long car journy, lots of visiting & a christening) so put easy up pants on, took potty with us, but he refused to use it.

! am planing to recommence again tomrrow ........

Any tips, advise please.

You need to find cod's potty training thread. Probably in archives somewhere. Or call Cod. She's rather good at sorting out the potty training.

you're welcome. My older 3 did the whole potty training thing so long ago that it's a distant memory. The twins aren't due to be trained before the summer at the earliest. I've put a watch on coddy's thread for when I need a reminder on how to do it all again.
