She has a balanced diet and gets calcium from yoghurt, cheese and milk in sauces etc but she will not drink milk at all whether on its own or chocolate milkshake she will only heve breast milk... from the boob never a bottle and i am planning on stopping soon as i am pregnant again so do you think just water is fine? she drinks alot of water anyway but only water or Breastmilk.

Doesn't matter a jot. She can get plenty of calcium from other sources, milk isn't essential. Water is fine.

It's a very British thing to offer milk als a drink to toddlers and children. I had never heard of this before moving here. She will be fine. Water isthe best drink for her anyway!

Occasionally watered down fruit juice is good for constipation. Not too good for teeth though, so not too often. Water is fine. My DS also drank cool tea at 2.
