Which scooter for 7 yo DS?

DS has been asking for a 2 wheel scooter for ages and we thought we'd get one for his birthday next month. He's started trying to do little bunny hops on his exising scooter and I'm wondering if we should be looking at a stunt scooter, or is he too young?

Whilst we're at it, any other ideas for presents for him?

Both my boys have a zinc t motion. It has a unique single ball steering system and is fun to ride. It's also half price at Argos at the moment Grin

The razor sparks scooter is great fun!

Club penguin membership?

Stuff for swimming...those diving seal things

Stuff for his bike? Noisy horn etc

Board game...cranium junior, pass the bomb

Books.....tintin?

DVD

Battery operated water gun

Aerobie / archery outdoor toys

And of course Lego!

Thanks for all your replies! He definitley wants a scooter with 2 wheels so the Zinc T Motion is out I'm afraid. I'm now thinking a stunt scooter might be the way to go but there seems to be millions of them and I haven't a clue where to start!

wideratthehips all good suggestions though we seem to have most of them but I do like the idea of the aerobie and the air horn for his bike!

You can get little ramps for quite cheaply too. Home bargains and some for £6.99. We are going to get some for our five year old. They are not too high.

A JD Bug. My Ds loves his (age 6). It was about £50 I think

Definitely a JD Bug.
After destroying 2 cheapy scooters I finally bought dd1 a much coverted JD Bug (street fighter version no less) stunt scooter for £80. Apparently made from aircraft aluminium. JD Bugs are super tough and considered The Best (according to 8yr olds). Street cred rating: awesome.

So are J D Bug better than Razor and Slamm?
