Just discovered a trick to get the kids to go to sleep...

I have three, aged 5, 2 and 1. I sat on the floor of their bedroom, in the pitch black and read their story by torch light. I swear it was 5 minutes and they were snoring. Hope it wasn't a fluke

I'll just add that this can take up to an hour usually.

I do mostly read mine their stories by torchlight...thinking it'll relax them to be in the dark before they go to sleep. Doesn't always work but I do it anyway!
