i have a written essay to do, with a rather complicated scenario, basically you have to decide what a person is criminally liable for. Don't want to put it on here, but can email.

Feel almost like I can answer, but there are a few questions I can't find the answes to in any books.

What are the few questions you cant find answer to? I did Criminal Law last year but we didn't have to find liability as such. Can the charging standards of the CPS (on the web) help you?

I'm doing a LLB in NZ, but if you're in England the law is very similar, I might be able to help. What are the questions?

alphabetti · 16/05/2012 20:42

I'm also doing LLB at the moment. Just sat a last exam, law of contract today so just enjoying my first revision free eve in weeks!
If you would like to send meany questions then I would be happy to help.

As someone else has said you don't necessarily need to come to a certain conclusion, just discuss the relevant issues.

Ah, I looked at that. I'm not going to give you the answers, you could do with looking at the Mental Health Act though. Wink

oh what was it about Lady? Got contract law next week - ewwe - I loath it. Hence me procrastinating on here...

LadySybilDeChocolate · 17/05/2012 11:13

Sexual assault but the defendant was mentally incapacitated at the time. I used to get silly scenarios like this, is your lecturer bald OP? Grin

beansmum · 18/05/2012 13:20

I want to see the question! I miss Crimes. My favourite paper so far.

phedre · 18/05/2012 13:27

Oh if someone could give me some great ideas about why climate change law is great I would be really gratefull. I have a huge essay due next Friday that completes my M of Law and have got complete stage fright. Sigh.

goodtimesarecoming · 30/06/2012 21:54

Lady Syb, only just seen this reply, in the end i put sexual assault, unless they could convince the act wasn't sexual, then GBH. He could try mental health as a defence, but would have to be assessed.
And yes, lectuere is bald!!
