7 month old screaming :(

DD has been screaming since 2:30 am, I thought it was teething, but we have given calpol, bonjella and natural salts. Nothing has helped at all. I'm really starting to wonder if its teething or something else. Shes exhausted but wont sleep nothing is helping and shes never been like this before, even breastfeeding wont help :( I'm so tired and I can't think what else to try :( any suggestions?

If you're really worried and she's still screaming for no apparent reason, talk to your GP.

I would be a little concerned if my 7 month old was so suddenly distressed. It might be all sorts of things, but I'd perhaps look into seeing a GP if it's been going on since 2.30am with no obvious cause.
