A book/website to help an NT/AS marriage be more successful communication wise?

I put this in SN Children by mistake, sorry for the duplicate!

I'm looking for some books that might help teach us some techniques to make our communication more effective. Any recommendations?

Also any books that might help someone with AS understand themselves better?

Really would like some positive books to help us on our way. Thanks.

Lots of ideas here

If issues remain from schooldays, The Martian in the Playground by Claire Sainsbury is good. For general information about autism from the point of view with adult on the spectrum, I would recommend a book by Temple Grandin or possibly Donna Williams' website. A while back I read a book by ?Gisela something or other called An Asperger's Marriage, and didn't like it, it seemed too negative for my liking (both me and DH are close to if not on the spectrum, mind you)

I'll have a look through that thread you linked to Ommm, I haven't got enough time just now but will look later on.

Thanks for those suggestions too, TheLight, I'll be sure to avoid An Asperger's Marriage then because we are looking for something positive to help us improve our good marriage rather than something that is negative and will bring us down if that makes sense.
