nursery and toilet training

just wanted to ask for some advice, my two year old has been potty training for a fortnight now and for the past week she has been dry with no accidents at all, but ive just picked her up from nursery and like last week she has wet herself 3 times!
i asked her key worker if she had asked to go and she said no so i asked her does she know where the toilet is or been taken to it and encouraged to tell her when she needs a pee pee. and she just looked at me and said "i dont know ill go and ask "
are they just being lazy and not following what ive been teaching her, because she wil use the toilet anywhere else!
im a bit mad about it, especially since the nursery staff seem to just be brushing it off,im starting to wonder if they are just ignoring her if shes asked!
i have continually told them shes potty training but she keeps wetting herself there, im taking her back in tomorow for half a day, not sure what i should say or i should speak to them a little more sternly about it.
shes been doinf terrific with the training and even asks for toilet when out at shops etc so i dont see why she would be different at nursery, i understand maybe shes getting a little distracted playing but theres plenty of other distractions outside nursery but they dont stop her.
