gro bag/sleeping bags?

Hi 5 week dd kicks covers and generally fidgets at night so I am looking at sleeping bags. What tog is best? Our room is between 17 - 20 .do I still put her in vest and body suit as well? Where is best place forthen?

I have slumber sac, asda, grobag. We also have a babies r us as its suitable from 7lb so used from newborn. DS sleeps in vest, babygrow and 2.5 tog bag. The room is about 19 to 20 degrees. In your red book (the one they log the immunisation on etc) it tells you what the tog rating of everything is and how many you should have. We are well under the recommendation. We also have 1.0 tog bags but really only needed for hot summers
