My 'weight card'

Am just clearing paperwork and found my card recording the clinic visits my mum took me to as a newborn baby!!!
1st visit was 19 days after birth, with the last one my measles injection at 15 months...

Best bit is the advice to mothers on the back of the card - "Baby should sleep as much as possible during the day and be put to bed in his cot by 7pm winter and summer. Start early with regular routine and good habits to ensure a happy contented baby"

Somehow I can't see that being on any modern paperwork!

my mum has mine has both mine and my brothers weight cards. (we're 38 and 37 now) and also a cow and gate book from the clinic. It really funny reading it now, it says to start babies on mashed carrot at 4-6 weeks

That's interesting Morph, because my DM wrote in my baby book that she started me on solids (not sure what!) at 3 weeks and I was Shock, but maybe it wasn't all that odd back in the Dark Ages - I'm 10 years older than you!
