How old do they start using these and what do you put in them? Formula, water??

I started using one with water in at around 6 months and gave it alongside food. I didnt put formula into a cup until about 9/10 months and it was only once a day to start with to get them used to taking it from the cup.

I started using one with my DD when I started weaning her at 6months. I just put water in and offered it at meals but it was ages before she actually started drinking a decent amount.

Thank you - thought 6 months might be the right age to have a go - cooled boiled water I presume?
