6.5 mo dd wont sleep through the night Wakes up every 3 hrs for feed. And does very short naps in the day. Im knackered. I've started weaning her from breastfeeding and introducing solids as well and shes feeding well. Dont understand what the problem is. Any advice ?

Try to crack the short naps in the day first. Where/when do the short naps take place?

I think that sounds quite normal, lots of babies don't sleep through at that age. My dd is 10mo and has never slept through. If you're struggling could you take turns with a partner so you both get some sleep? I survive by cosleeping much of the time, so I barely wake to feed.
