Do two siblings always have polar opposite personalities??

I'm 15 weeks pregnant with no. 2 and have a 2.10 month old daughter. She is very cruisy and has been so pretty much since she was born. So what are the chances of having another one similar?! Most people I meet with two children say they are the the total opposites of each other, usually one is the laid back, easy going, good sleeper type, the other one, more full on/demanding, worse sleeper etc. What are your experiences? Has anyone had two reasonably laid back babies that have become easy going children, or might my easy days soon be coming to an end??

Well my 3 boys were all happy, contented babies but now they are older they are all completely different! Smile

DB2 and I are quite similar. DB1 and DSis are quite similar. Any other combination of the 4, you'd be surprised we come from the same planet.

what's cruisy? [buconfused]

Baby Goo is basically the same baby as DS was, but blonder.

As she gets older it is becoming apparent that she is a bit more, lets say, 'opinionated' [bugrin]

I am gobby and confrontational, my middle sister is a dark horse and my youngest one is a 'networker'

I really hope not. My DS is a dream. He's laid back, sweet natured, happy, friendly and helpful (although he never has been a good eater or sleeper)

I hope my DD is not going to turn out to be grumpy and uptight (although she is already a better sleeper at 12 weeks old, so who knows?)

Ds and dd are so similar as babies I keep calling dd him..! She's only 4 months though.

Me and my brother have similar sense of humouring and are alike in some ways but he's more personable (read popular) and outgoing than me.
