one of the things my DS played with the most was a fisher price dog that has different coloured paws that you press for different tunes and a red heart. Its called the laugh and learn puppy and is about £17. When he was 6m we would wedge it in with him in his padded ring so he would set off and as he got older he would figure out what to press to get his favourite tunes. He still plays with it now at 2.7 when his sister is trying to play with it.

Ah yes I forgot about that, ive seen it before, i'll defo get one of those.
DS2 can sit up on his own but he does need me to sit with him to keep him steady....he has one of those bumbo seats but what is this ring?? sounds like it could help him with sitting up

My DD loved her ball pool. I used to sit her in it when she first started sitting up on her own and she uses to throw and kick the balls.

We also got loads of use out of a ring stacker that we got for about £2
