Dh has to work this mums day. We are planning a lazy Pj day.

I have Dinner prepared and in the freezer, plan to rent a dvd they have not seen before with and other goodies, New story books in the cupboard they have not read before Will play hide and seek etc.

It will be a long day to fill, being house based. We usually have out paint and play dough, bake etc. TBH I cant be arse clearing it all up afterwards

All inspiration welcome.

a play tent? pretend camping? or make a den with blankets etc?

for the DVD, get the children to 'make' tickets and 'sell' them before the movie starts?

I sometimes set up a doctors' or vets' office, with all their soft toys and dolls, and the doctor's kit, and we check the 'patients' and put bandages on them. Give them pretend medecine, etc.

Thanks Blueberry. I think the doctors office idea will go down well.
