Is ds at school? Talk to the senco, Special Needs Co-ordinater, it could just be because they are bilingual and confusing the two language.

How old is he? Your school would initiate testing via the Senco, ( special educational needs coordinator), in your school, but they wouldn't do it without good reason too. What is making you think he has dyslexia? There is a broad range of dyslexia - I have it but it was not identified until I was at college - only a mild form but enough to have hampered me through school - I went on to be a teacher!!
