Bed time and getting-up time for a 9 to 10 year old

Hello. My daughter is 9, nearly 10. I would be interested in knowing what time children of similar age go to bed in the evening and get up in the morning. Thank you!

In the week my DD gets up at 7 and leaves for school at 8. Lights out at night is 8 - 8.15 although she's often awake longer. At the weekend and in the holidays I am a bit more flexible but she's generally in bed by about 9-9.30 and gets up around 8, she hasn't reached the lay in till lunchtime stage yet although it may be just around the corner!

DS 9.5months - bed at 8- 8.30, lights out 9 but hardly ever goes to sleep before 10 - wakes up himself about 7.30 - 7.45, never needed alarm clock for him, very occasionally sleep in but very very rare ....

I aim to get my DD to head upstairs around 8pm on school nights but it's generally 8.30pm before she's actually in bed and she gets up at 7.30am during the week.

Recently she was having massive problems falling asleep (sometimes 2-3 hours) but this has completely changed since we bought this. I cannot recommend it enough. She's not heard the end of any of the 15 minute meditations yet!

9YO DD: lights out about 9pm, gets up 6.15-6.45. Goes to bed slightly later at weekends, still gets up same time.
