Cream coloured poos - 14 mo

DD has been doing cream/yellow coloured poos for about a week now. She's got a cold but doesn't seem ill. She's eating normally and we haven't changed her diet at all.
Anyone got any ideas what could be causing it?

I had a bit of a google for you, from what I can see cold be anything from nothing to dietary problems (coeliacs apparently produces pale stools) or more and does warrant a Dr's visit. I hope it's nothing, but would get checked just in case.
