My dd (13wks) had her second set of vaccinations yesterday and has had a high temp (38.6) since. She had a horrid reaction to the first lot, her thigh swelled up and she screamed inconsolably for 3 hrs. She is not quite so distressed but after 3 lots of calpol her temp hasn't moved.
Dont want gp to think I'm being precious but when do i worry?

Sorry your DD is poorly. It doesn't matter what the GP might think, and I doubt he/she would think you're precious anyway, but I would take her for a check-up, just to make sure everything is ok. If you haven't managed to get her temperature down since yesterday, you should definitely see the doctor.
