OK so this might be a bit of a grump but bear with me.
DD was ill last week, thankfully she is all better now. We had a nice weekend but now DH is ill. So he spent yesterday in bed. I am feeling FED-UP of looking after people.
We had a bad night and I am struggling to find the enthusiasm to parent today.
So yes I just need to pull it together and in an effort to do this I thought I would ask...."What are your happy thoughts" that pulls you through emotional slumps?
