Baby fighting with my boob!!!

Hey,

I was just wondering if anyone out there had had similar probs with breast feeding. Essentially my baby (just under 1 month old), has started to get agitated when I'm feeding her and she has a fight with my boob, pulling her head back, clawing at it etc. I've also noticed while I'm feeding her her stomach is making very loud gurgling noises. She burps ok, farts I think a normal amount.

Can anyone offer up any ideas? My poor nipples are starting to hurt!!!

I went through a similar thing will dd, it was like she was hungry but wouldn't feed, and was really difficult. I found this website helpful. The only thing which worked for us was taking a ten minute break (ideally with someone else taking dd) then trying again. She would latch on eventually.
