Please help me with my dissertation!

I have to get 150 people to fill out my questionnaire for my dissertation which is looking at the attitudes towards drug users, so far I've posted it all over my facebook and got all of my friends/family to fill it out and I've only managed to get 56 people :(

Please would you be able to take just 5/10 mins to fill it out, I've made a simple questionnaire to fill out on facebook if you are able to?

Bah.. Did it, then realized i had to have a FB account to submit.. Which i don't,
so not much help i'm afraid!

Thanks a lot everyone, and really sorry to those that filled it out but didn't have an account! Yeah I couldn't make up my own questionnaire, I could only adapt a previously made survey but I know what you mean about the frustrating answer scale!
