Me and the father of our daughter have just split up. I am currently still living with him but plan to move out. I don't know what to do. I have my SMP but can't afford to rent a flat, my parents have down sized and I would never put that on my friends. Is there any option for me because I dont know

I would suggest you contact your Council Housing department. They should be able to give you advice. You maybe able to access this like Rent deposit schemes where the council covers your bond so you can rent privately. They may also be able to help you with Housing Benefit information.

You could also talk to Shelter - they offer practical and legal advice.
