I'm so BORED of breaking up fights

And the ds's are only 3 and 1. They both start it, and both like it, but ofcourse there's always the danger of these play fights going too far and I don't want anyone hurting my babies even if it is my babies.
Is this what life is like for the next 15 years?

No, probably only the next 10 years. They get bored of it in the early teenage years, I found.

Oh gosh OP, I could have written your post, except mine are all girls, 12, 9 and 7. They've been home for 2 days now (half term) and have done NOTHING but fight. I'm seriously sick of it and can't wait for them to go to their Dad's on Sunday!!!

I just threatened the 12yo with scrubbing the toilet if she makes the 9yo cry again...

Oh. Crikey. Now when I look into the future I can see myself drinking a lot of wine at tea time.

No, wine makes it worse, I'm afraid! It removes the last tiny shred of patience I have left with them by teatime :(

Seriously tho, these two can be so sweet together one minute, and the next one is missing a clump of hair and the other has teeth marks in him. Separate, dry tears, repeat ad infinitum. Or for ten years.

Ugh, my DSs are the same, 5 and nearly 3. Does my head in. DH reckons he and BIL didn't stop until he left home for Uni. So only 13 years to go....

I know they say it's a sign of love but my 2 will wrestle, kick, punch and jump off the sofa onto each other, can't believe there hasn't been a trip to A&E yet. DC3 due any day now, God only knows how it will all kick off when there are 3 little thugs ones.
