Vitamin B6 is good.

I was recommended to take it when I worked as I was so exhausted. I definatley felt the difference.

i drink lots of lucozade - not sure it is the long term answer but carries you thru after a sleepless night!

Echenacia (definately not spelt like that) is good and I've been putting Rubex tablets in whatever soft drink I'm having and I feel great!!!

Well as great as I can after 3 weeks with no sleep but you know what I mean!
