How old were your DCs when they stopped calling you mummy?

dd is in year 1 and is 6. She came home crying tonight because her best friend is teasing her for still calling me mummy - apparently only babies say mummy and she should say mum.

I don't want to be called mum yet :( I know its pathetic but i like being called mummy. Is it really so babyish at 6?

DD (17) still calls me Mummy a lot of the time.

Ds is 8, it's mainly mum apart from when he is cross with me then he calls me MUMMY, in shouty exasperated way. DD is 2 and calls me Mamma, which I love.

My dd2 age five calls me mama not in a cutie creapy way in a "mama has a big pot of bolignase on the go!) I love it. I know it will end soon, in fact she calls me it less and less these days :(.

My teenagers have called me things a mummy should never have to hear! Shock
