I have had a Positive test today, And for some reason im not convinced :/ i even ,made my bestfriend by a twin pack and take another with me too see if they where the same, as i was convinced they where just 'dodgy'. But erm kinda seems like im pregnant. around 3weeks i think! i already have a little boy of 9months & my partners not overly happy with this new situation(obv wasnt ttc) I dont no what too feel, ina way i just dont mind. my bf works 6days a week so i pretty much have the baby 24/7 by myself ( which i dont mind) :D. Just a shame my partner isnt being too supportive, i understand this wasnt the plan for us,, but its happened now! anybody else been in a situation like this & how was the 18/19 month age gap? x x x

Congratulations! I found myself in a similar situation when I found out I was pregnant with DC2 much sooner than planned. It became very obvious that while I'd thought it was fine to have a DC2, DH really didn't. Well, DD is now 13months (19mo gap between her and DS) and most of the first year was really bloody awful. Maybe i just cope really badly Smile. Practically its fine, not really like having the work of a whole other baby, just half as much again, but its such a slog when you are mostly without help. Plus DH has been very vocal about how his life has been ruined which didn't help. But I promise you it gets easier month by month and now they play together etc etc and it's so lovely to see them together. Everyone told me that it's the best age gap to have and I hadn't believed them until now, but now I agree! Even DH has got over it (took a while) and is delighted with DD! Good luck!

I have 20 months between my 2 and it has worked out well so far. DD2 is 7 months and while the first few 6 months were lack of sleep hell really hard going due to a very nocturnal baby, when I wasn't nodding off it wasn't as bad as I had feared. Already they are entertaining each other and it is so lovey to see the bond between them.

We have got ourselves into a nice routine and my saviour is afternoon naps at the same time. Lunch at 12 and then they both go down for an hour - bliss!

Same thing happened to me, hadn't had a period since dd but got suspicious and did a test... dp's response wasn't quite enthusiastic when told initially but he cheered up. The 18 month gap was brilliant as it happened and now they're 5&6 they're best of friends

I have 17.5m between my first two and it's fantastic now (they're 4.5 and 3) as they play really nicely together, have a permanent friend at home, fit the same clothes (they're both girls), have the same likes etc etc

It was hard at first, especially as DD1 struggled with the arrival of DD2 but couldn't express it other than by doing naughty things! :o

Thanks everyone, I feel better now :) Im still NOT convinced i am :/. i went out and bought another twin pack of tests & same thing happend. it looks like an evap line. but shows instantly. its too the left of the test and pencil thin. this has happened on 4 tests of different brands. so something must be happening? what does anyone think? i have a doctors app later on, and am going too ask for a blood test 1. and also take my tests and see what they think. I think i just dont want too accept it. I either dont want 1, or really do. i just cant tell. confusing :) haha x x

Soo Ive been too the Doctors. & the doctor was in a foul mood! Told me to do 1 of his tests, and said im not pregnant, and that i had a period 3weeks ago so its almost impossible im pregnant!.. Then i asked well why have i got these 'posative' tests, & he said they must be faulty, so i asked " what all of them, i took two from the 4 ive taken, and they where all different brands" he said he cant tell me why as he doesnt use tests like these, Clearblue say 'dr recommended' on them for a start.. anyway he said his tests r soo reliable and im not pregnant! Period due in 6 days so we will see then for sure.. i'm SO confused. Im taking it im not pregnant :) but still cant get all them posative tests out of my head. any help please??? hahax
