I need to summarise - any ideas

I am struggling with my current essay and think I have written all I can write however..... I can't summarise my essay and am really struggling. Any ideas on how best to sum up an essay when there really isn't a question to answer.

What did you write as your introduction? Can you repeat it, ensuring you've covered everything you said you were going to say? Remember not to add in anything new at that stage.
