UCAS advice

Hi, I was hoping to get a bit of help or see what the general consensus is about how I should fill in the employment section of my UCAS form.

I have made it clear in my personal statement that I haven't worked for 4 years and that I worked sporadically for the 10 years prior to that due to ill health.

I have filled in the dates for the last job I did which takes me back to 2006 but I don't really have anymore dates and can't find any paperwork to confirm what I did and when.

If anyone has any experience in this or just an opinion could you let me know if you think I should A) Leave it with just the one job in and the rest blank. B)Leave the whole thing blank and send an email to the Uni explaining or C) Just fill it in best I can and hope no-one checks with the companies on the dates.

Thanks in advance, I've found this UCAS form super hard and this is the last hurdle before I hand it in.

You could contact the uni for advice. I did re references and what they needed as not studied for years, they were really helpful and it also helps you get remembered too. Good luck!
