has anyone ever done his.. please say yes... have just spent forever cleaning the inside of the washing machine. kitchen floor etc.. because in a rush to strip dd bedding this morning(admittedly it was 0630) i accidently put the mornings disposable nappy in the wash basket to take downstairs and then unaware (later on) when i loaded the machine in it popped along with the washing!! what an absolute mess.. am not sure what to do now( have been for ciggie, that helped) have shook most of the nappy stuff that is all stuck to the clothes as best i can. do i wash them again? do i dry them then see if it ll shake off? please help...x

Is it the fluff? Will the hoover help or maybe going around with lots of parcel tape wound around your hand as a kind of fluff-catcher?

If all of the plastic bits have been removed then tumbling the laundry might be better - the bits will go into the filter which you can clean rather than clogging up your washing machine.

branchingOut-the plastic bits are wet and everywhere. parcel tape will try that when its dry as wont stick at mo

I'd give it a good shake outside to get the worst off them bung it in the tumble drier on a low heat.

That's happened to me. I put the laundry in the tumbledryer as Iwish suggested.

Then, to clean washing machine, I used a dry duster-type cloth to wipe out as much of the bobbly bits as possible. Then I put the (empty) washing machine on for a rinse cycle.

Everything seems to be all right so must have worked. Good luck! :)

won't do that again - that's what I said, but I have done it 3 times! Hopefully no more times... Glad it's all looking good! I didn't put anything in the machine for the rinse cycle.
