bedtime insanity

I used to be the bedtime queen! I've got dd1 7yo and dd2 14 months. Used to have a bath then lie with baby and give her milk whilst dd1 gets in pjs, baby goes to sleep so I could lie and read with dd1. Both asleep by 730-8pm

For the last month or so neither of them will go to sleep! I bounce between the 2 bedroom returning dd1 and trying to settle dd2. It's taking 2 to 3 hours! I work and have to get up at 6am and they have to go to nursery and school. It's ridiculous. I was fully prepared for controlled crying with baby tonight, only to discover she can climb out of het cot!

I'm so stressed I'm panting! They ate asleep now but now I have to get everything ready for tomorrow. And I really really can't cope without Amy relaxing time.

Any suggestions?

And dd2 is so restless in the night. Sometimes awake for hours but otherwise just tossing and turning and fiddling with my hair, trying to settle herself.

I think she must be teething

Co-sleeping not working out any more! I'm so so so tired. Really tired.
