Baby's spot.

The baby (nearly 1yo) has a spot on her face.
It started out like a normal black-head, but seemed a bit persistent, so Mammy picked it and it got infected.
Then baby got a cold and rubbed snot into it and it got decidedly icky.

Mammy took her to the doctor who prescribed some antibiotics, which of course baby refuses to take.
Spot has eased off quite a lot now, but mammy still worried because it has now been weeks.
Went back to the doctor today. She doesn't think a cream will work and has prescribed basically the same stuff, except it tastes even worse.

Any tips or suggestions?

Can you hide the antibiotics in a small amount of something like yoghurt/milk to see if she'll take it. I think you need to really try and get her to take the ab's and complete the course. An antibiotic cream won't work if the infection is a bit deep.
