Does anyone know how I should reference a quote when the book is on my kindle? It doesn't give page numbers - just % and strange location numbers.
Help! I dont have the time or money to go and source the book - I downloaded to my Kindle to save time!

Is there an index page which will point you to the right page? What about the amazon site does it have a look inside option with the index/page numbers?

Hi Grinch,
No there isn't an index page. I guess the search facility makes it unnecessary.
I did find one quote that I needed through Amazon Look inside but it is just pot luck whether the pages needed are available.
I guess that someone is going to have to establish some referencing protocols for e readers soon. I can't be the only one wondring about this.
Thanks for trying

No worries. Check with your tutor/lecturer as well though. Smile
