hi. certain issues have risen with me and my family meaning that maybe going back to work as early as march is being discussed between me and my manager. the thing is i have always had trouble with my milk supplyas i had a lumpectomy which has caused problem and i feel i wouldn't be able to express enough milk as i only have a fridge so i cant freeze milk. if i do decide to go back in march, would it hurt to put my baby on formula. she will be five months in march.

It is entirely up to you but it certainly won't do any harm if you decide to give up breast feeding. I moved my dd2 onto formula at 5 months

yeah I've been browsing the net and read stories about mothers moving onto formula at less than two months old. i feel better for battling it out this far because of my intermittent milk. somedays i have a great supply other days i dont. but yeah will probably put her on formula a month earlier then. i have been told aptamil is closest to breastmilk so will most likely put her on that one
